Phillip Sanov is an accomplished trial lawyer who handles complex first-party insurance claims for policyholders throughout Louisiana, Texas, and other jurisdictions nationwide. After beginning his career handling oil and gas contamination litigation, he transitioned his trial practice toward helping homeowners and business owners address complex insurance claim disputes.

His experience includes trying cases involving hail and windstorm damage, tropical storm losses, cast iron pipe claims, fire-related property damage, and first-party property insurance disputes.

Earlier in his career, Phillip helped secure what was then the largest verdict in Eastland County, Texas. That experience helped shape the trial-focused approach he brings to insurance disputes today. He continues to focus on trial preparation, litigation strategy, and advocating for policyholders facing challenging insurance matters.
