Jessie B. Callahan is the Chief of Staff and Attorney at Pandit Law, helping guide the firm’s operations. She has been part of the team for the last decade, beginning her career with the firm as a law clerk before becoming a practicing attorney.
As an insurance claim attorney in Louisiana, she represented policyholders in first-party property damage claims arising from major catastrophic events, including the 2016 Louisiana floods and Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Her legal background and years of experience at Pandit Law give her a practical understanding of both client needs and the work that goes into moving insurance claims forward.
Today, Jessie helps streamline operations, support teams across the firm, and improve client service for homeowners and business owners throughout Louisiana and Texas.

Biography
Jessie has been part of Pandit Law since 2016, when she joined the firm as a law clerk while attending Loyola University New Orleans College of Law’s Evening Program. After earning her law degree in 2018, she focused her practice on flood insurance, post-disaster property damage claims, and first-party property insurance disputes throughout Louisiana.
Her experience representing policyholders continues to inform her work as Chief of Staff. Having worked on flood insurance, post-disaster property damage, and first-party property claims, she understands the challenges homeowners and business owners often face when dealing with insurance issues after a loss.
Her legal experience and leadership role continue to shape the firm’s commitment to serving policyholders facing complex property damage insurance issues.
