Biography
Johnny began his legal career with the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office, where he served as an Assistant District Attorney. During that time, he handled misdemeanor, DWI, traffic, juvenile, and felony matters, and successfully tried both bench and jury trials. This courtroom experience helped build the litigation and trial skills he now uses to advocate for policyholders across Louisiana facing complex insurance disputes.
After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Johnny transitioned into civil litigation as an insurance defense attorney. He worked on personal injury, medical malpractice, and first-party property claims, gaining firsthand insight into how insurance disputes are evaluated, defended, and litigated. That experience continues to inform his work representing Louisiana policyholders today.
Today, Johnny represents Louisiana policyholders in disputes arising from hurricane, flood, and other property damage insurance claims. His work includes helping clients affected by the 2016 Baton Rouge Flood and Hurricanes Laura, Delta, Zeta, and Ida.
