Before joining Pandit Law in 2023, Jennifer represented individuals in personal injury, defective medical device, and medical malpractice matters. After experiencing property damage from Hurricane Ida firsthand, Jennifer saw many of the same frustrations and uncertainties that policyholders face after a major loss. That experience inspired her to focus her practice on first-party property insurance claims and insurance bad faith matters. As an insurance claim attorney in Louisiana, she now focuses her practice on helping property owners navigate these challenges.

Jennifer Crose has spent nearly 18 years representing plaintiffs and advocating for individuals facing difficult circumstances. Since joining Pandit Law in 2023, she has focused her practice on first-party property insurance claims and insurance bad faith matters, helping policyholders address insurance disputes throughout Louisiana.
Before transitioning to property insurance litigation, Jennifer built her legal career handling personal injury, defective medical device, and medical malpractice cases. That experience strengthened her ability to investigate complex claims, analyze evidence, and advocate for clients facing challenging legal disputes. Those same skills continue to serve policyholders when insurance claims become contested or complicated.
Jennifer’s decision to focus on property insurance claims was shaped by personal experience. After suffering property damage during Hurricane Ida, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges many Louisiana property owners encounter after a major loss. That experience continues to inform her work as an insurance claim lawyer, helping homeowners and business owners understand their rights and navigate insurance-related disputes after a loss.
Outside of her legal practice, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
